RIYADH, Nov. 30 (Xinhua) -- Saudi Arabia and India discussed bilateral cooperation on Friday during the ongoing Group of 20 summit in the Argentine capital of Buenos Aires., Saudi Press Agency reported.

The discussion between Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the sideline of the G20 summit, covered fields including investment, agriculture and energy.

In the investment field, they discussed the opportunities for Saudi Arabia to invest in India's infrastructure through the Public Investment Fund, a sovereign wealth fund owned by the kingdom.

They also discussed the possibilities of Saudi Arabia importing more Indian agricultural products as alternatives to the kingdom's agricultural imports from other countries.

Saudi Arabia also expressed readiness to meet India's needs for oil products, and the investment of Saudi Aramco, officially known as the Saudi Arabian Oil Company, in refineries in the South Asian country.

The two leaders also reviewed the opportunities of Saudi non-oil exports to India as well as ways to develop bilateral trade through sustainable arrangements.
