NEW DELHI, June 13 (Xinhua) -- Four security personnel belonging to India's Border Security Force (BSF) were killed, and at least three injured, in cross-border firing from Pakistan troops, confirmed a senior BSF official on Wednesday morning.

"The BSF personnel were killed in unprovoked firing from the Pakistani troops along the international border. This was yet another ceasefire violation from across the border," said the senior BSF official.

The deaths of the BSF personnel were reported from the Ramgarh sector of Samba district. Further details are awaited.
