LOS ANGELES, Jan. 12 (Xinhua) -- With four prizes, comedy-drama "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" turned out the big winner of the 25th annual Critics' Choice Awards, held at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, Los Angeles on Sunday night.

Written and directed by Quentin Tarantino, the film won the top award of the evening, Best Picture, beating out nine strong rivals including "1917," "Ford v Ferrari," "The Irishman" and "Little Women."

The movie's cast and crew also took home Best Supporting Actor (Brad Pitt), Best Original Screenplay (Tarantino) and Best Production Design (Barbara Ling and Nancy Haigh).

Organized annually by the Critics Choice Association -- the U.S. and Canada's largest critics' association -- the ceremony honors the year's finest achievements in cinema and television.
